“GROUND-BREAKING” NEWS!!!

As you may be aware, K Hovnanian will very soon be breaking ground on their project on Sobechko Road. Shortly after the project is officially underway, EAS will be acquiring more FREE PARKING for our shoppers. All of the lots along Sobechko Rd will become FREE parking lots and customer walkways will be located directly across from the side building gates to increase customer traffic for our merchants! Traffic flow will be re-designed to ease the traffic congestion during business hours. We are very excited about these upcoming improvements for our valued merchants and shoppers!
